Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Individual therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with the help of a trained therapist. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can help you reconnect with your values and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Together, we’ll identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop tools to support healing and meaningful change at your own pace.
Therapeutic Models
I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs by blending several evidence-based approaches. I often pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills in emotional regulation, mindfulness, and coping. When working with anxiety or OCD, I incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to gently face fears in a supported way. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you move through challenges with more self-compassion and alignment with your values. My work is grounded in a relational approach—focusing on how your experiences with others shape how you relate to yourself—and I often use Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore deeper emotional patterns. At times, I’ll also incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy to highlight your strengths and keep us working toward meaningful, achievable goals.
